AU PAIR ABUSE - Cindarella without happy ending My good friend was kicked without from his Au pair family. Why? Because the mother didn´t wont to pay him so she was just looking for excuses to get rid off him. She made up nearly all story about how he doesn´t work enough and how he should be grateful he could live under her roof in the time of economic crise. The truth is, she has been only abusing him and now she also ows him a money what he had earned very hard. Living in a room with no window, in a family where was nearly no food in a house and he was never invited for to have dinner with the family, he lived with no complaining. He was babysitting often whole days and nights so after few moths he just refused to do that much cleaning. She even wanted him to clean windows and cut the grass. The whole story is much longer and complicated then the few sentences I wrote, but I think it is enough to make a clear picture about his abuse. All au-pairs what family had before, just walked away, but the mother still says they are ungratefull. I worked as an aupair myself and I have heard a lot of similar stories, but never other solution, but run away. There must be some way to get refund or something.
